Frequently asked.
How do I log a session?
▾
Open the Piklo app and tap the "+" button on the home screen. Choose your session type (match, drill, open play), set the duration, and hit save. Your XP and stats will update automatically.
My XP didn't update after a session — what do I do?
▾
XP updates are usually instant, but can take up to a minute if you're on a slow connection. Try pulling down to refresh the home screen. If the issue persists after a few minutes, email us at howardchuang.tw@gmail.com with your username and the date of the session.
How do I delete my account?
▾
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This will permanently remove all your data, including session history, XP, and profile information. This action cannot be undone. Alternatively, email howardchuang.tw@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 7 business days.
How do I find players near me?
▾
Navigate to the "Connect" tab in the app and enable location access when prompted. Piklo will show you players in your area who have also opted in to matching. You can filter by skill level and availability to find the right fit.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
▾
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you still can't get in, email howardchuang.tw@gmail.com.
The app is crashing — what should I try?
▾
First, try force-quitting and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, check for an update in the App Store. Still crashing? Email howardchuang.tw@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing when it crashed.
Is Piklo available on Android?
▾
Piklo is currently iOS-only during beta. Android support is on our roadmap — join the beta waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as it's available.
How do I edit or delete a logged session?
▾
Go to your Profile tab, tap "Activity History," then tap the session you want to modify. You'll see options to edit the details or delete it entirely. Deleting a session will remove the associated XP from your total.
